Mission Statement

The Molecular Modelling and Bioinformatics Studio (MMBStudio) is a resource for Chemistry and Molecular Biology advanced undergraduates, graduate students, postdoctoral associates, and professors. It is first an educational facility and a research resource second. The education of advanced undergraduates and graduate students is the primary function of the Molecular Modelling and Bioinformatics Studio. The concept of education is extended to consultations with graduate students, postdoctoral associates, and professors on computational research endeavors. The Molecular Modelling and Bioinformatics Studio provides the Department of Chemistry and Molecular Biology with a centralized facility for molecular modelling, bioinformatics, and molecular visualization with the required expertise to aid in education and research.
